Beware loafers--- things will be very different

I once knew a DM who would ride with the rep, but he would sleep almost the entire time. Could not believe it. Instead of using the time to coach or discuss docs or even getting to know the rep better, he slept. Needless to say he's gone now, been gone for along time. I don't think any DMs would pull that kind of behavior today. Reps are more prone to run to the SD for ANY minor perceived infraction.

 

RMs and SDs are riding in the backseat this year with DMs and PHR/DSRs. Some dumb ass midwest SD started this and that chick is way over her head in that position.
