Using market capitalization to value a company is outdated. In the future, companies will be valued according to how well they do in examinations.

At this price and market cap we are target to be purchased. It may be a great buy. Think about how well a company could do with some of our portfolio without PF and current leadership.

The solution is Oncology! It's growing like gangbusters, the BU is well led and functional, you can charge premium prices, the demographics favor rapid growth, and you don't need a lot of field support.
