Using market capitalization to value a company is outdated. In the future, companies will be valued according to how well they do in examinations.

Is the stock going to fall under $40 today? Guess wall street doesn't agree with all of the R&D and ancillary staff cuts. Maybe they are hoping for a new CEO and president of the US.

Stock up almost 2% today. Whats the point of the OP? Yes, the company is not what it once was. Made cuts and reframed core business. Give it three more years. That's the plan. Now, STFU and enjoy your paid week off! And no, I'm not the company "shill" so save your key strokes and go stroke something else!! HO, HO, HO!

At this price and market cap we are target to be purchased. It may be a great buy. Think about how well a company could do with some of our portfolio without PF and current leadership.

Patient First is written into the CIA until 2019. Anyone that purchases us will have to sign the same CIA. It is a matter of record. The CIA will follow us.

Not when they just buy the products and leave the dead body to rot. If respiratory does not start selling our new products it will be fire sale time.

The solution is Oncology! It's growing like gangbusters, the BU is well led and functional, you can charge premium prices, the demographics favor rapid growth, and you don't need a lot of field support. It fits right in with the limits of the CIA. Yea, that's the solution, Oncology! Oh...wait... nevermind.
