And the next round of HR resignations begin.

 

His days full of dealing with rep performance plans, exit interviews, etc. all being shoved down everyone's throats by RR? He knows it's all BS and smartly took the next train to anywhere else.

 

So what is this number 7 in two years!? Lol

 

No one decent lasts in hr

 

What is the deal with RR anyway? I'm hearing about a lot of people who are on warning letters and plans. Who is actually making these decisions? Do you know when this is coming or does it take most reps by surprise? I have NEVER experienced such crazy, reactive management like I have here. This place is a nightmare. You better believe I will be documenting absolutely everything. I'm trying to support a family here. I will be damned if I let these incompetent schmuck's in leadership take that from me.

 

This place is a Joke!!!!

 

Come on...be smart. This is simply what it looks like when you have one product and it's a complete niche fail and simply offers no therapeutic value to patients

 

Why do they all leave after a couple years? In hr. It's strange.

 

Think of it this way. If a sales district had more than 100% of the reps resign in a short period of time, what would be the cause 99.9% of the time?

 

Recognition, credit where it's due or maybe they hate the boss?

 

They all leave HR because working for KD is painful. She is a scared person who leads her team via fear, threats, and overall crazy behavior. She might need some meds that this place doesn't sell.
