Metabolic Bonus Payout (New Hire)

    I'm a relatively new hire (started Nov 2013), and still don't understand the bonus payout for May 16th. Is this bonus for Oct thru March or is it just thru December? As a new hire, is there a training bonus? It's embarrassing to say no one (not even my manager) seems to know. Please share if you have info. Thanks!

    They make it hard to understand on purpose. It is a 6 month bonus now. Payout in May is from October to March.
