oh my I can't believe you all haven't figured out there is big $ calling on hem onc without the off label "issue" you can make better money and sleep well at night not having to worry about spreading "vodoo medicine" to desperate families of children with inhibitors that have few options and will try anything....and you'd better be there leading them down that path or perish as far as Grifols is concerned....unreal how they expect you to buy in to this...it's like a cult. So many other proven therapies (outside of hemophilia) you can sell in this space....with big demand, high salary, on label use don't understand why anyone stays?

 

I stay because of the pleasant atmosphere.
