Public notice shows PCYC being sued. Has their ignorance has led to their arrogance....? I bet the feds will be following this and the performance of the stock over past two years. http://www.sccaseinfo.org/pa6.asp?full_case_number=1-14-CV-262815&crumbs=Civil%20Index&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Search&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Results&crumbs=Cases%20Involving%20Pharmacyclics
There will be a lot of these suits coming their way, the company has been so unethical with their employment practices this was going to happen to them sooner or later. I predict this is the first of many
When you hire good people for their experience, ethics and knowledge, you should listen to them when they convey their concerns. Not fire them because you don't like what you hear..You can't treat people like that because of your naivety and hide behind "At will contract" and act with impunity.
Please contact National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) if you are not being treated fairly or have been terminated. Get the federal government on their ass.
Wait until wall street factors in the number of employee lawsuits coming to Pcyc. The stock will continue to slide another 20-30%. Yikes!
I would encourage everyone to also contact National Relations Labor Board (NLRB) and file charges against PCYC. This doesn't cost lawyer fees. Please stand up for yourself and others!!!
The amount of people that have been terminated just before their options vest is a sign there is something wrong at the top at that company. Don't go there with the expectation of making money on the stock. There will be more law suits coming.
Again please contact the National Labor Relations Board. You could very easily be entitled to back pay and stock options. No lawyer fees. You do have EMPLOYEE RIGHTS!! and the burden of proof with be on the blood suckers at PCYC.
looks like the law suit is from the former head of sales? http://www.sccaseinfo.org/pa6.asp?full_case_number=1-14-CV-262815&crumbs=Civil%20Index&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Search&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Results&crumbs=Cases%20Involving%20Pharmacyclics
Why would people be exiting a company when the stock is going so well? If you read the company's 10K reports, you will see a high turnover of executives from the management team...Chief Medical Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Research & Development, Head of Safety, Head of HR...and now head of Sales and Sales Operatons....? Departures are normal for any company, however in these 'key' positions? As a shareholder, makes you wonder if something is wrong with the "Leadership" at PCYC.
The safety group is a bunch of rejects from other companies. Bill Reagan being the top reject. He does nothing but kiss as much ass as he can fit in his mouth. What a dolt. Leadership is non existent.
I heard the head of sale was caught having an affair with the head of HR which is why they were both dismissed.
Heard they were caught doing it on a conference room table. Please check for pubes next time you are in a meeting.
I heard their arrogance has led to their ignorance of industry laws and regs... only a matter of time it was going to catch up with them.
Agreed. Only a matter of time. Law suits are now filing. Some of the allegations are incredibly serious. Yet their lack of understanding and sheer arrogance will cost them and the company dearly.
Yep, another wrongful termination suit filed too apparently! http://www.sccaseinfo.org/pa6.asp?full_case_number=1-14-CV-263241&crumbs=Civil%20Index&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Search&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Results&crumbs=Cases%20Involving%20Yasser%20Ali
