Novartis unit hit with $110M gender discrimination suit

HR isn't there to handle situations. They are there for one reason only and that is to protect the company from lawsuits. HR makes mountains out of molehills when whiny people get their feelings hurt and go cry to their mommy because they can't handle their own business.

 

I should have been a lawyer. All this group does is find a way to sue!

 

Look into GenMeds... Lots of women in charge and most bad managers. Only women gets promoted. All white too. Minorities and males leaving this area as it has gotten to be a huge soap opera drama. Also several folks getting displaced as they near retirement!
