I'm going to the next CV training class in April. Can anyone tell me what the training is like? I know its just disease state but wanted to know if there are tests etc. thanks!
Just like everywhere else. Have you ever seen a training class where there weren't tests, roleplay certifications, etc? Nothing new. Just pretend you are a moron for a week and go along with their circus show then get out in the field and do what you need to do.
Absolutely. There are plenty of companies where the only exams required are those that are completed online prior to live training. Live training should be an interactive interface that is dynamic. If it is only comprised of testing, then it should be called just that. Plain and simple. The most successful of organizations see it this way, thus the reason they choose to empower versus regurgitate rudimentary clinical information.
