Is LifeCell a good devision to work for? Also, do you guys use a call reporting system? Like, CRM or CTM? thanks for any info.

Top growth division. The only one not regressing. What do you care how they do call reports? It's a 200k to 250k opportunity. If you get an offer, take it.

thanks for sharing. i have to do CTM now and have done CRM in the past and they both suck. but your right, if your making that much it shouldn't really matter what they ask you to do. its just a pain in the ass when all i really want to do is sell and make money.

The top reps on a great year might make that but rarely anymore. Too much competition. Which territory? Stay away from the freak out on the east coast.

Can the Atlanta territory make any money?

No way is Atlanta making even close to that amount of money. It is too saturated with too much competition. BTW, the manager is a nut case.

Lifecell has some redeeming qualities. KCI has no redeeming qualities. You can make your money, but most likely they will be forced to sell Lifecell to cover the debt. Current cash flow is declining and analysts are concerned that KCI can not make future payments. If they could have refinanced at lower rates, they would have already. Take the job, make as much as you can an prepare to leave on short notice. Good luck!

nice manager, but are you a FOJ (friend of Jim) those people get promoted -even when they have HR issues(KK) and poor performance(TT) interesting criteria-TT was a mediocre rep and bottom of the barrel manager last year and lower third this yea-but he is now an AD.

Going for an interview in Central California - any word on the manager? How much hand holding is involved - can you train and move on?

Don't come to this company unless you want your personal information exposed to the entire world.

Got a call from a recruiter today. I'm still trying to identify the best call points for the LifeCell line, is it general surgeons for hernias, breast surgeons for recons, or plastics for augs? Or, is there a whole other portfolio of products that will expand the call points? If its just selling another alternative to hernia mesh that management is focusing on then the company can get in line with the other 100 doing the same, if its breast recon and augs then how big is that market? Thanks.

You are too STUPID to work here if you get career advice from anonymous people on a goofy web site, you are a dumb ass. Go back to Pharma.
