Anyone questioning whether to go to the interview?

You live and die by those weekly script numbers,
some NAM's getting 80+ scripts a week and others 10
scripts a week.

 

How long can a rep last getting 10 scripts a week ?

 

Depends on the rep but really ....at this point at Avanir.......about a year. Over the course of the last few years with so many territory realignments some reps lasted for almost two years then left or were asked to leave. But if you are getting under 10 scripts a week pretty consistently you can be sure you will be put on a PIP at about one year or less and most likely will never make it. DONT FEEL BAD. There are some areas of the country that still arent doing it (Iowa rep, Minnesota territory that is now open, Colorado Springs, parts of the East Coast and some of the newly recently created territories last year). Some of these reps will be asked to leave sooner than later. The only thing helping some of us are the Januvia numbers but Nuedexta still accounts for the majority of our sales and expectations. Good luck. You are going to need it. We have had so much turnover here but we are being led by a very self-centered Sales Director (MM) and he does not care who you are!
