    How much more (in %) will they offer based on current salary?

    Don't accept anything less than 75k base.

    80 k base is max and its good for all you get- car, gas, cell, healthcare, and 401k.
    Healthcare is expensive but dental and eye cheap- great with MetLife and VSP.
