    Greed causes bad decisions.

    Should have come out and positioned for the 65+ market and then gone hard to get it all based upon technology and FAR. Immune comp or compro, it wouldn't matter. Get all the 65+ business.

    When the data come in CMS rules, then go after the 50+.

    Instead, greed caused the view that the 50+ could be had today.

    Poor marketing. Sorry, sales force - but you are only an instrument and of marketing and you don't really count. Marketing wins or marketing loses and marketing killed this with their panic after ACIP.

    Second you blame marketing.

    Isn't there three legs of the stool your sitting on? Lack of accountability is the core problem. OWN IT!!
