Medicis reps have the resumes and skill sets to earn a great living elsewhere. The Valeant crew have all met their ceiling here. They're a bunch of washed up old drug reps that can't believe they get to sell in aesthetics. Most tried to get in with Medicis years ago and were turned away. Now they're in leadership positions.

 

Medicis on a resume, Valeant on a resume. Who would you hire?

Well said. Valeant reps just hung around long enough to be on the winning side of a few acquisitions. Now they cant believe they earn more than $125 per year. Sure beats the ole Sanofi days, huh? If you're not a complete idiot, you'll probably get promoted as well.

 

Medcos reps were real stars. Must be why with only one other competitor they never got much market share on dysport! Haha. Great selling guys. You think you're great because you did well with restylane...but only when it was the only product available!!! Haha.

 

Yea, it's not the market powerhouse that Sculptra and PTMD are. Oh well, at least my accountant thought I did great.

Still earning well over 200k per year as a rep. No complaints.

 

you are such a pussy and liar. The highest paid reps w Sculptra were all let go and the highest paid was 90k base. The Obagi reps are going to be shaved big time in salary so we are looking at about 80k max and that's very good given the economy. It just sucks not having the ability to do dinners and outside lunches. Being monitored is the worst but all companies are doing this and we all know how to get around it. Man up and don't lie about salaries but then again its CP so anything goes.
