    How likely is it that a rep from a company being bought will interview at actually be offered an open position after the merger? In the past have they actually hired reps that were otherwise going to be let go, or do they interview them just for appearance sake? Please only serious replies here, there are hundres of jobs on the line and it is no laughing matter.
