Promotions at Valeant

    What are the criterias for getting promoted at Valeant??? I am fairly new at Valeant, but I see that those who have got promotions are folks who suck up to certain personalities. Is this true???///

    Or for the matter of fact, no pharmacovigilance training or degree in the field. Knows nothing at all! and he is the VP. Pathetic!!!

    Peter's job is to check Cafepharma 10 times a day. He gets paid as the VP of Pharmacovigilance to delete threads from Cafepharma!
