if you are thinking about joining the "Merck" team, it is no way a team - its all about the individual, and how much you can knife, backstab and badmouth to get over the next person - didn't used to be that way- but I think there isn't much hope in derailing this "new" train (unless the company completely calls it quits) - please do think twice about joining - there are much better companies out there
Agree! Incredible that some people here treat other human beings, no less coworkers, as they do. Most parents would be shocked and embarrassed if their kids turned out to be like some of our coworkers. Shame, shame on them. Some of them need to turn their lives around. Poster, you are spot on. People looking for a new job should think twice and keep on walking. Even the small percent who are known as the bad eggs are spoiling the soup!
