You do not get days because the weather was bad. This is your job. Stay home if the weather creates a major safety issue and get caught up with all the paper work. Every day off needs to be approved by your DM. Always looking for the easy way.

Oh now we have a goodie two-shoes spouting off what we should do! Response to above poster is easy: shut up and go get laid. This is the type that on a snow day, will spend the day working from home, versus putting on a porn cd and gettin it on.

Hey! I am risking life and limb out there for the company. The access is excellent on snowy days. I deserve something in return so I keep up with how much time I am owed and I decide when the best time is to take it. I don't need a DM to help me think about what is sensible. Play "Mother May I?" with someone else!

You. Could not survive working in my district and I am as fair as they come. You are one of the reasons the industry is going down the tube. You are also a fool to go out in very bad weather and risk yours and others lives. But, you sound like someone who THINKS they know all. Pathetic

I know that I just banked another "discretionary day" by working when no one else on my team did. Can't wait to take my day off when spring is in the air!

You know what makes me sad....YOU DO! Ya little jerkoff "saving up" days like a pussy. Do your job and quit worrying about the days. I have a good mind to ride with your little ass every day until you resign.

That would make him cry and call HR for making him work too hard
