So I give him my opinions on how to improve sales or make our jobs more efficient and effective, and I am 100% confident that each and every excellent point I make gets directly to my RSM, then to my SD, then to my Regional Director and then to my Regional VP, then immediately to the ELT and the BOD.

4. I do all of this because Pfizer tells me the new culture is centered around speaking my mind and speaking up with no retaliation or career limiting moves attached. I am allowed to take charge and run my own business in my territory. I OWN IT!!!

This is exactly why Frank and Ian read CafePharma. I emailed them and told them to read it. I know nothing bad will happen to me and I also copy them on every post I make in here. I OWN my delusions.

I do not work for either AZ or Pfizer. I never have, but I have been in the industry for 15 years.
Pfizer is hated because the buy and screw over the employees from the acquired companies. It's a pattern and that is why Pfizer is so disliked globally!

It's psychedelic kool-aid. It lets me OWN IT, i.e. Pfizer's, delusions as my OWN.
