Try to use Merck as a reference, see what happens. Good luck with that!

Not true, he can be tough but fair. Put yourself in his position. He works with some reps who still don't know the PI and reprints for an 8 year old product. They don't know the competition and have difficulty with housekeeping such as reports, expenses, due dates, routing and basic rep 101 stuff. Add to the fact that some are training up on a new product where you have a science sell and can't simply point to glossy a1c charts. Ctl's are frustrated when ongoing cuts happen as they are forced to inherit reps. Most of this team wouldn't be here if managers could hand pick reps themselves. Instead of anonymously posting initials why don't you step up your skill set. Managers don't need to be your friends, they have pressure from above about performance and metrics. You call him a tool, he might have to sometimes act that way when managing a certain fool.

Move on Wolber, quit posting as a rep. You keep starting various threads and are stupid enough to tell people about it. Ex managers throwing current managers under the bus, what gives? Very, very toxic, especially your deli slinging and job share rants. Now you are on a rate a rep/rate a manager campaign, seek help from a mental health provider, you are a piece of work. Move on.
