I would like to start a seven step program for former employees. Like Rotech, we should separate into former pst's.....former csr's......former lcm's......(you get my drift). We could have weekly teleconferences and compare who had the better locations.

You are yourself..."stupid" if you think you will find any "facts" here. This board in reality, discusses issues which arise over many years of bad management. What you refer to as a "game".........is actually a result of that bad management-(which you are probably one of).
