This company is embarassing. I had to ask 10 different people to find out when we were getting paid. It is next friday.
Next Friday, great.... After being told by pretty much everyone that it will for sure be the Friday before Valentine's day...Anyone know when they will be posted so we at least know what to expect?
Alcon is such a laughing stock!!! Being owned by Novartis, how have they not found a way to get us our goals?? To tell us when we get paid?? It's an absolute joke. Funnier when you think of them changing goals in the middle of the quarter.
We will not know what we made until we see our paychecks on Friday and then Friday night they will release our bonus statement which is even a bigger joke.
This is what happens when a bunch of hacks are running a company. Let's hope the economy continues to get better so employees can move on to better places.
Just like last year, we don't find out our bonus payout until our pay statements come. Unlike last year, the end of year checks were disappointing all around.
Instead of complaining why don't you just look it up? Both bonus statements and your pay statement were published several days ago
Hate to be the one say this but a payroll schedule goes out at the beginning of every year. All paydays and commission payouts are listed. So really you shouldn't have to ask one person much less 10. A lot of stuff is frustrating for sure but when you don't know when you're getting paid that's on you not anyone else. Truth. Also, just ask an admin you'll never have to go father than that.
