What r your doing having connections with AMO HR while being in ALCON .I guess Double crossing ALCON or keeping Options Open Just in case!!!! looks like the very type of person that cannot be trusted in the organisation.....Lucky ALCON has not figured U out!!!
Haha I know because LUCY LIes... Why do you think Avila was fired, a guy called Shin fired in Korea Ruggia fired and LIes fired. Check with HR all terminated for unethical behaviour!!! Also check did they find a job anywhere else but n the industry ??? Guess unethical behaviour coupled with incompetency doesn't take you far.
These people are good people do not make baseless accusation. The truth is JK BPO his subordinate!! Will you trust such back stabbing two tongue manager??
By the way two top people are on the way out of Alcon India. RB & MB. Both seems to be by their own decision. MB is very competent & knows this sinking ship would actually tarnish his career.
JK and SK.... SK is the one who has mentored JK in this art, so obviously he is a step ahead in the art of Back stabbing and using back handed means to get people out, get his job done by promising people good things and then being non responsive when time comes to support them. It will be a 8th wonder if JK can manage to use this on his mentor!!!
This is the game!!! JK comes in & SK goes out in the region on a role which shall see him tailing RA!!!!............not because of some back stabbing between each other.....
