Vaccines

Some of them are probably already interviewing for the Vaccine Key Customer Leader jobs. The fix is in. Leadership already knows who they want to put in those position and it isn't anybody that has a lot of vaccine experience. Go figure.

 

Maybe if we're lucky, YOU will be gone! So sick of hearing about the "the good old days" in vaccines….shut up…we are sick of you!

 

We should know who got vaccine account positions by the end of next week. Might be a lot of former CTL's in those positions, especially in the Midwest.

 

It's all good... Dial it down. Until the sip is corrected.

 

I heard there were 33 positions... 200 that applied..and they interviewed 3 face to face for each of the 33 slots. ? Who knows how the MSVCRs will be configured or how many ? What a way to reorganize... Nose to the task at hand...sell Zostavax, Gardasil, and Pneu 23... Don't worry about all the other...

 

Just dial it down while the game of Merck musical chairs is played.

 

Ha! There is no real selling going on right now. It's hard to be focused if you don't know if you will have a job in a few weeks. This reorganization was poorly implemented but what do you expect with this inept vaccine leadership.

 

Who got the 33 positions? They have received their calls about it over the last couple of days.

 

I don't think announcements for another week or two. Rumor is some spots needed to be reopened due to lack of quality candidates. Meaning they didn't want the PSAE to get the job but was still more qualified than tablet people who interviewed

Stay tuned ! My over under is 10 of us PSAEs left standing.

Even though many have been placed in those positions, they still won't give even a partial announcement? This could go on through the end of May. Unreal!

 

Leadership must be high if they think a lot of work is going on now. 2014 is a dial it down year!

 

Lot of CTL's hired for VCKL jobs. We will see just how good their selling skills are in our top accounts. Our problems are over, they will save the day. Ha!

 

No more Merck bonuses for Todd. He is tucking his little tail and running away from the mess he helped create. Ba bye!!!

Some PSAEs were worthLESS, others were good..some got what they deserved.. Others got hit..same as the CTLs and reps...tablet world same thing is coming DOWN...

Are reps sitting by the phone this Friday to be enlightened about whether or not they have a position or simply to learn about their assigned geography?

Only the fact that there will be layoffs will be revealed. Who will be cut will be announced end of June. Stay tuned and remain focused!!
