Look for LER it takes a special title for special people-a hint, it is not assigned based on knowledge, education, experience or skill
Could it be that LERs come in a few varieties.....the "Less Effective Rep" group...others are cartoon worthy, "Loony-tune Extraordinaire Reps".......while some deserve the real thing, "Leading Executive Reps." Title is meaningless.......and frills don't matter........in some unique cases!
Look, the LER label is no different than the multitude of meaningless titles given to "higher management" positions above, who by the way, make exponentially more money than the rest of us dregs for mentally masturbating their way through the day . This is just their way of throwing a bone to field sales by carving out "special position". Lets face it, the next meaningful directive to filter its way down from above will be the first in quite some time
