How About Dagmar firing herself. She is a total failure 10% market share at 4 years. Conversion rates at 50%. Patients scared shitless of going on Gilenya. My ABL is so clueless another great hire by Dagmar.
Look at the Northeast. The Pittsburg ABL now fired and the Philly ABL who should be fired. PC backgrounds who can't adapt to Specialty sales.
Midwest is oppressed by PC decrees from regional. ABLs struggle under unreasonable demands which they pass along to the field sales, who is exasperated because the PC approach is wasting their time and is counterproductive. Perhaps trust that, having hired the right people who know how to work in the MS specialty market, they may have an approach that can succeed. Who knows the marketplace better at the ground level than these reps?
Those conversion rates will be drastically lower in two to four years when we have new program that streamlines the process by giving free drug up front and FDOing patient within two weeks. But until then, its your problem and you better not use that as an excuse to why your docs stopped prescribing. Besides, Efficacy is what sells this drug, patients dont mind waiting 2 to 3 months.
