How much payout per vial are they offering for the bonus program. Who's going to sell more than 25 vials Q1. Think management is sipping the kool-aid big time.

Bottom line, is this is a job. Plain and simple. No, it isn't a good one, and certainly no future, maybe a year. But you get a pay check. The get rich, make money quick is the sales pitch. They need bodies for a short term, then you are gone. That is how contract works. If you are working, even if you make less now, stay away. If unemployed, he'll yes take it.

RSM's are rejects from Big Pharma layoffs. Been 'hanging' around here as a managers for several years going from contract to contract. Never able to get back into a pharma company. This is a short term gig. Little money to be made other than collecting a crappy salary. No way a top notch hospital rep makes <80,000 unless unemployed which means they brought very little value to their previous company. Stock will go up.......then stock will deep six......think people think! Oops, you've all just accepted offers. Happy Holidays!
