Major layoff at corporate this week. Went into inside sales and told everyone they have 15 min to pack up their desks.... will hire back 16, but you have to re-apply..... Nestle is getting wind on how the Camps messed over this buisness....
Camps don't have a thing to do with this. Half that worthless department needed to go. I would think that Nestle is fully aware of the layoff being that they just sent someone from Nestle to be CEO there.
Layoffs and rehires were handled well by Matt and alana. All things considered that was a needed adjustment rather than a major rift. The 16 that came back are solid. A few good reps decided not to return. This was needed.
