    Recruiter called me and said he is certain we are being laid off in March. Not sure if this is true but scares the hell out of me.

    Why shouldn't he listen? It is probably better advice and makes more sense than what he gets from 2600.

    well we will see......same recruiter said a rep out west got a job through him and will resign after the next pay period when bonus is paid.

    if someone leaves then the recruiter is accurate and if not he is a liar.

    one week will tell

    My recruiter says that most reps waiting to see if there will be change in leadership before they move. May not get the luxury of waiting but most are hoping for new leadership at top and mid.

    the top selling reps are the best in the industry. I hope they are kept.

    Lol the top reps at Discovery Labs?! If you're a good rep you would have left months ago. Why on earth would you stay here and let DL decide your fate. The only reason you're still here is cuz nobody wants you or you just enjoy a cushy gig with no real accountability.

    well bonus checks are coming out today or tomorrow........how many will leave?

    well well it seems I was correct and the recruiter was right!!


    so this same recruiter also tells me that another will leave within days.

    its a matter of a days, and all the others are actively interviewing I am sure. Who can blame anyone from leaving. The only people preaching the gospel of DSCO are those with a golden parachute.

    AND.......... It could have been a successful launch. No doubt about it........that's what's so sad.........lots of careers ruined over inexperience in launching a product..........

    Why it failed:

    Numerous product issues including vial size, cradle, shelf life and volume

    An executive team who never participated in the sale of anything and has no risk since they have solid $$$ contracts

    A BOD that is still living in the early 70’s

    Lack of accountability in the field; no P&T wins in your territory in 2 years ? Your fired!!!!

    An inability to LEARN from mistakes and admit DSCO does not know everything
