My specialty team is great. They saw the top ENDO in our district once last month. But hey, they had to drive an hour to get there, so...

I like my ESS reps, I really do. But I never hear from them, the numbers have never gotten any better, and they "see" very few of their customers. How the company can justify that position is a mystery to me. It just didn't work, so let's move on. sorry!

 

Consider yourself lucky. Our team is full of two faced liars and cheaters. Our business has suffered long enough. Hoping SLT recognizes the dysfunction and ends the ESS experiment.

 

Your goal may be 5-8, but my interpretation is the post inplied your execution was 3.5cpd. Maybe not yours individually, but certainly some specialty reps. I've seen the report.
