Finally people we can all sleep tonight. The reign of terror is over in the Northeast!!! LC went down like a Led Zeppelin, crumbled at the knees, wish I could've been there when they escorted him out of the building! Now the question is WHAT or HOW MANY crooked things did he do. Cook the books, grab some ass???? Looking forward for days to come.

 

More to come. DSI hired an outside HR department and they will be cleaning house. Anyone who managed under BM will not be here long.

This is the best news ever here at DSI. This man was universally hated by everyone. Glad he got what he deserved. DSI is a much better organization for dismissing him.

 

Wow. Escorted out of the building? That's pretty funny. BM deserves the same treatment or worse.

 

There is going to be a ripple effect, others will follow. But this the most GLORIOUS day at DSI. That scoundrel made the lives of the people in the Northeast miserable for years!! He should rot in Hell!!! Oops this is Pharma, he'll get a job next month to haunt others. At least not us!!!!

 

Hopefully, he didn't get a sev package. I am sure BM's hands were tied in this firing.

Hopefully the company is hiring a third party to investigate all the unethical and sleezy business this man has done over the past number of years. I'm sure his firing is just the tip of the iceberg with much more being uncovered in the weeks ahead.

 

I always knew the numbers were skewed based on favoritism, likes, dislikes and/or who is being managed out.

 

This is such incredible news. Confiremd happiness at DSI. Dk what took so long for Daiichi to figure this out but it's over. I'm surprise bout DM JM? CS? or AS in Manhattan. They need to go to. Those reps & mgrs in the metro area never earned any awards, it was luck and shady.

 

All Dms that worked under LC should be investigated. His management style or lack of management with his dms is so evident.

You get canned for a reason. How does one get "mixed up" in all this? LC said jump and some said how high? There are managers under him that took his abuse and looked the other way

 

Those poor managers in metro. For so long they were abused by his leadership and the company turned a blind eye to all of them. I saw this from HQ first hand. Everyone of them protected their reps from his ways and abuse. All the people on here saying bad things about those managers are completely unaware of reality. They deserve awards for dealing with him for this long. I hope the senior people at dsi appreciate all the work this team has done to have success and still shield their colleagues from his wrath. It's amazing they even retained them. The real Shame is a good DM had to go down for his pathetic ways.

Other people have to hope that this isn't the first of many firings. Lord only knows what other shady things have been going on in the metro region. It all needs to stop so that people can compete fairly. The winning at all costs theory needs to be dead and buried with the crumbling of LC's empire!

 

I remeber asking a close friend in the metro region, howcome you guys always hit your numbers. Answered: Go to a shady Italian restaurant, bill a fake lunch, and in return you get a Amex gift card that goes to the doctor. Yes it's that easy.
