Heard that 6 this week and over 10 since launch bailed from cv/hospital on JT's team. Crazier part is these are people who have been making a ton of money and launched the drug at the top but are still walking away from even more!! What message does that send to the rest of us?? Will this even register as a retention problem in our brilliant leader's minds???
They can't cheat with the new rules and CIA. They made a ton of money on htn because of that. Never made money on effient. Look at their sales numbers for effient, down the toilet. They have some launch volume for savaysa but that won't make up for their market share when that comes into play. The party is over for them. They are finally getting what is coming to them.
I think that the issue here is the fact that people are leaving rapidly, and it will,be interesting to see if senior management does anything to retain good people. I'm betting that they won't.
Or if they rehire for these or any recent openings, that's the tell if October will be as bloody as everyone is speculating.
Based on the recent turn of events, there will be more leaving. The message is loud and clear that things have changed, leadership doesn't care or their hands are tied, and there are hand picked people getting promoted. You don't have to be qualified anymore to get promoted, you just have to be in "the club". Everything is contradictory about what criteria is to get promoted or considered for a promotion. It is highly discouraging what is happening.

Many more will leave the NE Area very soon. Leadership here is average at best. It's obvious that favoritism plays a huge role in who gets jobs & there are prime examples everywhere. Please don't act shocked that it's happening and don't anticipate anyone to admit their wrong doings either. Don't give leadership that much credit! Everyone knows what's happening. Just collect your check and look for other opportunities.
You will find out soon enough. It doesn't matter anyway. It sends a message to those that are thinking about a promotion. It's like playing the lottery if you will get promoted. It isn't based on merit and accomplishments. It is decided before there is even a phone screen. SMH...
