    Double taper was extensively tested "in house". How is that in house testing working out so far? At least the lawyers like it.

    Nice try. Spontaneous modular femoral head dissociation is an entirely new phenomenon and is entirely linked to the V40. Might get interesting...

    This is why any orthopedic surgeon that cares about his/her patient should not use this company. This has been going on for a long time with Howmedica/Stryker:
    1) Heat pressed UHMWPE PCA 1980's
    2) Crossfire UHMWPE 2000's
    3) X3 UHMWPE (don't argue…it's next) 2010's
    4) Accolade super small tapers…doesn't matter what stem.
    Anything that Stryker produces (recon) should be considered dangerous.
    Unfortunately, Stryker has out marketed the competitors.

    Good luck with telling the doctors that use Stryker that they don't care about their patients.
