    Nada.

Doesn't Kevin think the head of regulatory is an important position. Does anyone care that we are missing so many TA heads? Next thing you know we'll bring in stupid regulatory people who will call them executive directors and have NO experience too. Then we will be screwed again with FDA

Any why is it that everyone in regulatory with experience is leaving the company?

Senior people in regulatory affairs and safety are leaving due to the lack of career progression. EDs in reg/safety can leave Amgen for VP positions in big pharma companies. There is no transparency in how to get to the VP level at Amgen in any department.

The biggest problem is that the good ones are all leaving and the bad ones who have never had a clue are still sticking around. Makes for absolute dysfunction - but hey it's Amgen.

Because only Amgen can't figure out the crap from cream. Look at Paul's organization: Crappy Docs that no Pharma company would touch. Hey Larry, hope you are enjoying the Brits...Did Paul give you a one-way ticket.
