I'd carefully look at what non Tornier lines they carry. Tornier growth has stopped, all of the non-shoulder new products they've launched in the past 24 months have fallen well below expectations, they have yet to turn a profit, and they go through management teams faster than J-Lo goes through husbands. It will take them a while to realize how bad it is, and what needs to be done to fix it.
As for GCSS, they know how to sell. If they've got another good line in their bag, then I'd jump at a chance to sell with them.
