Hello... I am curious to know what an rsd with 5 years experience can expect to make as a salary and the target bonus? Serious replies only... my family depends on it. thanks

That's what this job is worth. You have to work with coddled, unprofessional people who wouldn't know how to work hard if they had. Good thing people at this company don't have sell anything to survive. Don't be an RD in this company. Wait for something better, which is just about any other company.

 

Sounds like a disgruntled RD that was fired.

 

Or someone who doesn't like their job. If that's the case then get out!

 

This person has it totally correct. Hold out for any other company than this one. Senior "leadership" is worthless and so are the ZDs. If you are looking for an RD position you are better off working at McDonalds. You'll get more support from more talented people.

 

Why is Shire a bad place to be an RD? I thought they just fired the people they don't like. Is it difficult to fire reps here?
