Can somebody please explain her role with Shire??? DB handles all sales decisions, he is the only person my ZD mentions on conference calls and at the NSM and I am confused on her role. Does she do anything at Shire, and why hasn't Fleming fired her ass like he did with the other overpriced VPs???
