18/hour csr is still employed and happy! Some people just have better things to do than come here and complain. Plus my area manager did ask me to stop posting about my wage one here but agrees I'm an asset to the company

Ever hear of ip addresses? Cell towers? We know who you are and as long as you keep publicly posting we get an idea where you are, speak with your area manager or cm about your issues to identify who you are. It's quite simple.

If you have a concern why don't you address it with us in person? Take this route and I assure you, you will be without a job soon enough.

 

You're obviously a low-level peon with no clue as to what you're talking about. Rotech can easily track the use of their own network resources and that's it. If you're not on their computer on their network, they have no idea who is posting what.
