Erisa settlement payout?

Has anyone heard when the Erisa Lawsuit settlement payout will be? I did see that the case is settled and closed.

 

I believe the settlement occurred 11/29/11 and Merck had 90 days for payout, which would indicate a timeframe of 2/29/12.

 

Isn't it $10,000 per class-action member?

 

I read on the Erisa website the payout is in April 2012 (right now), but I thought the amount was based on how much you invested, not a flat rate per person

 

I think you are correct. I think the $10,000 was the extra amount that the leaders of the lawsuit are entitled to.

 

Think the settlement was approved May 17th, 2013 and now two years later and not one employee has seen a payout?????!!!!!!???? Some one took the $2mil and ran...
Anyone have further insight... Anytime you call they say not calculations or determinations are done..????

 

I got my $10 k payout a long time ago. Did you not have a lawyer to follow up? You need a little arm twisting.

 

I received $23500 several years ago.
