So will the bell toll for the US Primary Care leadership that led the big talent drain at the end of 2011 as they chose people who kiss ass instead of kick ass? Oncology numbers are great but primary care and specialty are missing AGAIN. When is the last time that PC hit their numbers in the States? Cost cutting to hit numbers continues, and cuts will be coming. Will the PLT finally have the balls to remove the people actually responsible, or will they continue to take it out on the "little" people who follow what the incompetents tell them to do?

We shall watch and see. Us little people continue to suffer, will you finally provide leadership for us?

"Rope-a-Dope" technique game plan. We will kick it up in the 4th quarter after laying low up until now. It's all on the marketing plan. For example, Xeljanz only needs to increase about 150% over 3rd quarter- No Problem! And watch out for the big E.

So is IS going to be a division or just filtered in with the rest of the reps?

Just work your ass off and go over and beyond until Dec 31, then you will get all the correct information you need.

one hit wonder? can you say generic Cymbalta?

U.S. medicine sales were flat at $4.75 billion

Do your homework. Pfizer makes their numbers by costs cutting year after year.

Smoke and mirrors only works on the inside of the house.
