Treat people with respect and you might see a change within company morale. Our sales team grew share and you increased goals that you obviously had no clue how to forecast. The GM or whatever title the new leader decides to hand themselves demonstrated that they do not believe in team, but "I" mentality. Your actions did not increase sales PERIOD. Stating to employees you do not TRUST them is beyond belief. We are fed up with the outrageousness of your remarks, as you did nothing, but demoralize what was once a Team. As you take credit for everyone's hard work you have found yourself on a lonely island. Your atrocities will soon catch up to you..

How long are you going to say that shit? Come on man... That's been the fallacy since the launch of the product. At some point, you have to call a spade a spade. The fact is Merz Neurology is irrelevant and will never do more than what is being done now. You can sell the story all day long but just look at the hard numbers for the past 3 years. Get real!
