Transition questions

  1. As a Bayer rep transitioning to BS, there are many questions surrounding the transition.

    1. Pay structure for reps and clinical specialists.
    2. Management style and culture.
    3. In my area, there have been many departures from the peripheral sales force over the last
    2-3 months. Coincidence or is there some underlying reason?
    4. How does the BS sales force feel about the purchase?
    5. Is there anything we should know that you think we should know but probably don't?
    6. Is there any past situation to draw upon to know how BS will handle the onboarding sales force?

    If you are looking for somebody to put all of your concerns on a silver platter and answer them in a way that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy then this is obviously not the place AND if all of those concerns keep you up at night then find another job.

    Spoken like a true BSC douche bag
    BSC reps have the worst reputation in the biz

    Very few likable reps in that company and I will guarantee they won't sell Bayer products effectively
