comp plan today

This is a serious question (no KCI management answers please):
Is anyone making money on this comp plan? Please post your February points…200, 300,500, etc. I really don't know of any medium-small territories making more than base pay.

 

I have the small "growth" territory. Had 525 points in Jan. Taking my family to Sizzler.

500 medium size territory…killed it in Prevena, Abthera and VF too

 

How much of that was from specialty products?

400. I have a very large hospital system in a large system. I know I'm in a unique situation. The plan will be good for me.

Am I the only one barely hitting 200??? According to the new reports I am not. Unbelievable they really think they'll keep good reps.

 

Thanks for being honest. It seems the key is having those mega facilities.

 

I had 480 pts. Worked my ass off-Medium size territory. Management wonders why some of us continue to rep other products. I make more points selling screws.
