    Question for Billy Boy McDouche:

Did you drink the kool aid from Japan when you stood in front of your sales force almost 1 year ago following the 2nd LAYOFF in 2 years, and tell your troops that:

"...we are good for the next 5 years. Our sales force is structured where it needs to be to take us into the future, a future that is bright and promising..."

    Or did you knowingly LIE?

As a previous poster stated...3 strikes and you're out. Moral in this company, rep satisfaction, and respect and trust for management are at an all-time low. Has been for some time now. The only happy people are those making money in this upside down, topsy turvy, nonsensical IC plan that absolutely no one can explain. Go ahead, I dare you to ask your DM to explain it. Even your RD or ABM. No one has a clue!

Billy Boy, if you drank the Japanese kool aid...shame on you. If that is the case, you are the FOOL that most believe you to be.

If you knowingly lied...again, shame on you. You are the sham that most also believe you to be.

One more question for Billy Boy...how do you go home and hug your wife and look your kids in the eye after all the harm your lies and mis-management have caused.

    SHAME ON YOU.

Consistent behavior, going all the way back to when he led the GlucoWatch down the drain and now Effient, due to his primary care approach & lack of any experience in those areas of the business. You should have heard the lies he told us back in those days. Unfortunately, he has become untouchable through his track record of deceit and surrounding himself with his comfortable good old yes boys. It's finally catching up with him and he is being exposed for the fraud he really is. Japan has no idea as to the degree of arrogance and lack of expertise & integrity on the part of our so-called "leadership". Wake up Mr. Gormley & Chief Nokahoma in Tokyo! You have lost your front-line salespeople who are the real people maintaining market share of our obsolete product line. I can't wait to see what he has in store for us as he applies his primary care mindset to edoxaban. But, that's all he knows.

the only mistake that he has made is that he did not downsize this organization to 1 rep per territory and make the territories large. how did he know that the Glucowatch would burn your wrist. he did not make the decision to bring that product on. and anyone selling effient thinks way to much of themselves if they think this is a special hospital product, selling a medical device is special but you will never get that job.

"front-line salespeople who are the real people maintaining market share..." a well trained monkey can carry samples and lunch into a office. lol

I disagree with "the only mistake he made" comment. Granted it was not his fault that he was put into a position for which he was not and still is not qualified to handle. His mistake was surrounding himself with toadies even less qualified than he is and creating a culture based on deceit and ass kissing. Just look around at the RD's and AD's in this company. Is there one you can trust or you would even follow across the street without fear of being pushed in front of a bus? Anyone competent to act as a real manager in this company is run off because they pose a threat to others above them.
