This has to be true. There were two people from my district that were called in. They should investigate the upper management team.

Marketing and Sales management in Parsippany will have to be held accountable for their bad decisions! They were the ones that pushed this stuff. It's about time the Japanese realized that there are some really bad players on the DS team!

The reps on this thread are only the ones that are currently being forced to do PODS by their managers. Many of us know that the more PODS and programs we do, the more business we drive. But for the rest of you, just assume that that is not the case. They are a waste of time (in spite of how much our competition bitches about how many we do) and don't ever think the problem could be that you just don't know how to run a successful meeting.

novartis was hit with $421 million fine from the feds. Go read why they got ding'ed. Then ask yourself if the "POD" program is on the up and up.

If you were smart you claim whistleblower status and walk away 10% of the fine.

We would never do such an unlawful, prohibited, illegitimate, illicit and dishonest act like that in any way!! They are merely opinion leaders whom we provide an honorarium to lead discussions on their clinical experiences with Olmesartan family!!

Ok, HR, only U can provide a list of illegal doctors, and an illegal list of the dollars they received, but it only takes one doctor to read your thread here and get pissed enough to turn your life upside down, so sit tite in your cubicle and watch the flames burn your short sense of responsibility. wait dinit your manager already give you up, we wait to see!
