AZ buy out and Tax saving?

When you make it easier for businesses to hire people, and to invest in building new products, services, the economy (the private sector that is) responds and private sector resources (cash and talent, and labor) will be put to work to make the things that a community wants to buy. It creates more economic transactions, which creates more tax revenue for govt. it also creates more employment in productive jobs where value is being created. Lucky you libtard: it even creates more employees to tax, more sales to tax, more economic transactions to tax. Or, can do it your way, and just take as much tax money from everyone at once, and create govt handouts with it. Mm Kay , we hear ya. Explain to me how it is a good thing that Pfizer pays taxes to the Europeans and funds the "European socialist" system that all you right wing nuts hate and yet you don't think Pfizer should pay its taxes and help fund a system that PAYS FOR MOST OF THE DRUGS WE SELL!!

We will not pay anything more to UK than today, that is the beauty of the deal! Our cash is overseas. We do not bring it back to US so we do not pay tax in US on it. But the UK does not tax overseas benefits, so we will not pay more in UK than today!

We're not talking about state tax here, Numbnuts. We're talking about federal corporate income tax at a rate of about 30%. And, yes, Pfizer pays it---now. When they take over AZN or MNK, it will be about 15% in Europe. Imagine the millions.
