Which employee best represents what it means to be "AZ" today?

I vote for Dave Illconich. When I see him, I think "that's AstraZeneca!"

Don't know if he does or not. One thing I do know is that this thread is kind of stupid.

Ilconich represents what AZ used to be. Tilton and Nanfra represent the cesspool that AZ is today. Bullies and their aligned toadies is all that remains of a once promising company and it doesn't seem that anyone sees what is happening or intends to stop it. No single person in the history of this company has had more of a negative impact on morale and quality of leadership than MT.

 

Dave is a good guy. Completely agree with this accurate statement on the state of AZ.

 

MT is the epitome of AZ. He is the standard bearer. He is the pillar of piety.

 

Jim Padgett, "The Inspector" is the model for AZ leadership today although at a very low level.
It's amazing he is still around after expressing contempt for Tilton which his friends echo. Good luck for those who work for him.

 

Expressing contempt for MT puts him in a wide net.

 

Inspector Gadget has no respect for anyone's opinion but this own.

 

And i thinjk, "OMG the man doesn't have a clue!"
