Very short term position. Frenchy has said that CNS will be sold off. Seroquel xr has NO advantage over generic seroquel ir.

If you are really desperate take it.

CNS reps would be smart to post for Resp Spec jobs. The CNS group ceased relevancy 6 years ago.

CNS is already no more. it is now called Specialty care, lumped in with Oncology, Medimmune ...

And Medimmune reps can't leave fast enough after the new guidelines on the use of Synagis came out and wiped out 80% of their business. One by one, the pipeline will start to fall apart, the way it has done in the past.

So let me get this straight. The CNS group is only responsible for:
Seroquel SR and Pristiq (which is a Pfizer drug?) This seems like a pretty vunerable position.

Who would possibly want to try to sell Seroquel XR after the compound has been on the market for 17 years? This division is a backwater for losers and those with no place to go.

What about Pristiq? As I understand the CNS division markets this Pfizer product?

Pristiq not doing that well. Like you said, Pfizer's product. Why do you think they needed help selling it?

So, it looks like you co-market Pristiq with Pfizer. Does Pfizer even have a CNS sales force or does AZ cover the specialties (psychs, neurologists, etc) for Pristiq?

In other words do AZ CNS reps have a Pfizer counterpart?

Three ways to communicate in CNS

    Telegraph

Tell TOM something during a ride-a-long

CNS team in the cream of the crop. You all will see that. When layoff come we will be the survivors. We are the most adaptable team for AZ. We will be trained in other therapeutic areas while most of you will be getting the pink slip. Mark my words, we are the strong!

CNS will be the new Oncology sales force. They have moved marketing and global ops down to the G MD and soon sales will join. All those suckers in CNS will be Oncology reps and about 75% of PC will be gone in 1/16

Cream of the crop, ha. You sell an old product, Seroquel XR which was launched in 1997, and Pristiq. Pfizer couldn't peddle Pristiq so they gave it to you losers. You are doomed.
