PFIZER DEAL NOT OVER!

Our AZ shareholders are going to have the last word and getting ready to push Pascal back to the negotiation table or he's going to be out of a job. The deal is far from over and anyone thinking otherwise might need to lesson in basic business negotiations 101.

wrong - it's over according to UK takeover rules - they made a "final" offer and it was rejected

 

UK takeover rules say they have until 26th may to put in a final bid. The deal probably is dead but you can't be sure till then. Even then pfizer can come back in 6 months.......
