    OK...what is the real story of the woman that sued over being asked to remove photos etc of her deceased daughter??? What is is that really happened?

    I just read that sad story. I never worked for Ortho-McNeil so I don't have know the situation. However, it is such a shame that employers can be so ruthless to people. This woman (from described in the article) had all the symptoms of depression. She has a tragedy losing her young daughter. I'm sure the toil it took on her as the years went by not knowing if her daughter would survive or not.

    This woman was an administrative assistant and probably didn't make a lot of money. Again, I really don't know the circumstances or the whole story. Courts do favor employers on a consistant basis. The only way to win a civil lawsuit is if you can prove they violated legally protected rights (discrimination, etc.). The justice system really is not fair in a lot of other civil disputes. Funny, criminals are given probation all the time.

    WOW! Sad story
