Ok, I`ve seen this topic on other company sites, so let`s try at Otsuka. Who are the worst mangers?

Use initials if you want to protect the innocent.

It would be easier to have a good manager list and it would be very short.

i`m scared to reveal who my pathetic mgr is for fear of retaliation. i would get sent to metrics jail for the next 6 months. sometimes i feel like i`m treated like a 4th grader all over again working here.

Amazes me how they want to hire experienced reps and pay them big 6 digit salaries and then manage them like they are green inexperienced reps making 40K.

OK, I'll just use initials. Starts with P and ends with rasch. Watch your back.

There's going to be a revolt if upper management or HR doesn't step in and do something. This is not the way to manage and motivate people.

Agree BUT Altmeyer, Oliver, and Thomas have her back. They must realize something we don't. They are 3 wise men

that is the million dollar question. She doesn't know any of our names and avoid all of the reps at the meetings. We aren't good enough for her. Unbelievable.

If I were guessing it would be growing the NS from one sales force to two, from a couple hundred reps to over a thousand with minimal infrastructure support.

I new her about a dozen years ago when she managed the NE/IA district. Holly was direct and honest with us, she didn't micromanage, and helped out on calls instead of checking the boxes like most of the new managers. Ask any of the reps who worked for her when Abilify launched, their are still a lot of us around.
